This morning, my wife dragged me out of the comfy bed to accompany her to the wet market. In Malayisa, we have wet markets (wet as in selling groceries or poultry which will make the floor wet). Usually these places will be outdoors and take place an open place at a neighbourhood). We decided to go to SS2 a famous wet market which sells fresh vegetables and the best thing is around 15 minutes of driving from our place.
When we reached there, the crowd is already growing and we literally have to squeeze in. I started to like going to wet markets due to the interaction of people around there and you can really see many interesting moments. In Malaysia wet markets, there will be fruits, food, dried products, poultry, vegetables and even clothes for sale. The products rarely will have a price tag, and you need to ask the vendors how much is the price. When I started to take photographs, they will stare and rarely question you, so street photographers will don’t have to worry getting yell at.
Enjoy the photos and do leave a comment so I could improve.
