2nd day

The withdrawal symptoms of not eating carbs seems to be better today. I guess it might be my previous tries of Atkins diet.

Same as usual oats in the morning, except during afternoon I had fried chicken and scrambled eggs. Strictly no toast, cakes and sugar. 

As for dinner my wife made tofu with fermented beans and a bowl of vege soup with eggs in it. This time I feel rather full before going to sleep.

    1. Yes, Marta I totally agree to it. However chinese people like me, loves carbs and actually overindulge that we are too dependant on it. This low carbs or no carbs diet has changed something in my body.
